Returns & Claims
We do not pay for the return transport, so you as thecustomer are responsible for the return transport cost.
If you would like to return your product for some reason then wehave 30 days returns policy from the date you received your goods. The product must be inthe same condition as you received then in and in their original packaging so that we areable to approve the return. Kindly follow these steps.
1. If there is no return slip in the package you received, you can return to your orderconfirmation email and download and print a return slip.
2. Fill inall the information in the returns form3.Place the filled in returns slip in thepackage, stick the returns shipping noteon thepackage and send the product back to us.
Always ask for your receipt when returning goods to us. This may be needed for futurereference.
When your returned goods are received into our warehousethey are checked and controlled. Once approved then the refund is sent by the samemethodas the initial payment was made this may take up to 30 days depending on thesituation and conditions of the return.
