General
To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old or have a parent's permition. All our prices include VAT.
Price and range changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices before an order is processed in the event of changes in taxes, currency and / or fees.
We reserve the right to make changes to the range and have the right to remove or change items in the range before a purchase has gone through. If a completed order cannot be delivered, we inform the customer about this and cancel and refund the order to the customer.
Product information
We reserve the right to make typos, product changes, price adjustments and colour deviations as well as any final sales. We reserve the right to adjust any incorrect prices before and after the order is processed. We work to make our photos as representative as possible and in line with reality. We cannot guarantee that all images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products. All items that are marketed and presented in the online store are in stock (unless otherwise stated). Stock status is updated regularly, and we reserve the right to make minor deviations. Our offers, sales, promotions and discounts apply as long as stock lasts unless otherwise stated.
PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
When you put goods in the shopping cart and go to the checkout, it is clear which payment method applies, whether the prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT and which VAT rate applies in a given case. Delivery will take place within 2–5 days, unless it is stated when ordering that the delivery time is longer.
For you as a private person, in addition to the price, there may be additional costs for shipping. These are then listed at checkout. Normally, no additional fees are added, but if this is the case, it will be clear during the ordering process.
In the online store, goods may be marked with a delivery indication. We reserve the right to delete goods that cannot be delivered from your order with a price deduction for the same. If you wish to cancel an item due to a delay in delivery, this can be done up until the order has been executed, ie an invoice or shipping document has been created. Part of the delivery takes place only at your request and entails additional shipping costs for you.
When you place your order, it is stated at checkout which delivery method applies. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address you provided at the time of ordering is correct. Please note that you cannot change the delivery address afterwards.
UNCOLLECTED PACKAGE
It is your responsibility as a buyer to collect your order at the delivery point within the time stated on the notice. If you cannot receive the package upon delivery or do not pick up your package at the delivery point, it will be sent back to us. We will then charge you for shipping and administrative costs, see below for current prices. The right of withdrawal does not apply to unredeemed packages.
Handling fee package via agent: EUR 10 + return shipping
Handling fee for home delivery: EUR 20 + return shipping
If you know that you do not have the opportunity to pick up the package within the time frame when it is with the agent, get in touch with us and we will try to extend the time so that you have time to pick up your package before the package is returned to us and you thereby becomes liable for repayment.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (FOR PRIVATE PERSONS)
Our ambition is to provide you with as much information as we can via text, image and sometimes moving material so that you can get as clear a picture of the product / products as possible. Together, we can work to not send goods back unnecessarily and thus burden our environment. For this reason, we do not offer free shipping on returns. As much of our range consists of large, heavy or bulky products - this means that the shipping cost in these cases is very high. See the section "Return shipping" below, to get an idea of what the product groups cost in return shipping for you as a consumer.
Despite the fact that you have made your purchase, there can of course be several reasons why you still want to return your purchase. Of course, you then have the opportunity to use your right of withdrawal within 14 days, which you have the right to exercise according to the Distance Contracts Act. Please note, however, that the right of withdrawal does not apply if you ordered an item that was manufactured according to your instructions or that has otherwise been custom made. Also note that you will be responsible for the return shipping, as mentioned above. You may also have to pay for the depreciation of a product to the extent that it is due to the fact that you have handled the product to a greater extent than was necessary to determine its properties or function.

The withdrawal period begins on the day the item is delivered to your agent or home to you. If you ordered several items or the item you ordered consists of several parts, the withdrawal period begins to run when you have received the last item and the last part of the item, respectively.
If you regret the purchase, the product must be returned unused, in undamaged condition and with unbroken packaging / sealing / technical sealing. The product must be protected with the original outer packaging so that it is not damaged during transport.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, follow the instructions under the tab "Complaints and returns". We check that the conditions required to be able to apply the right of withdrawal are met. You will then receive a reply by email from us with information on how to return the item. It is important that you follow these instructions - use the return number and the return shipping note you will be assigned. If you choose to send the item back other than via the return shipping note / shipping that we have booked for you - you will have to pay additional supplements such as the increased the freight charge entails. Please note that we do not accept packages without the specified return number.
Upon receipt of the returned item, the purchase price will be refunded to you within 14 days from the day we received your return.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
If a transport damage occurs, you are responsible for reporting the damage to us within a reasonable time. Contact us as soon as possible after you discover the damage. It is important that you inspect your products carefully immediately when you receive them. Please note that you must not use the damaged product and you must keep the original packaging so that the entire package and product can be inspected when we handle the case. Take pictures of the transport damage and attach to your contact with our customer service. Follow the instructions under "Complaints and returns".

Please note that complaints must be made to the retailer where the product was purchased. We have no opportunity to replace or pay back for an item purchased from another retailer.
Important! A return or complaint number must always be attached. Returns and complaints without an approved return or complaint number are not accepted. This means that we do not credit goods that have not specified return numbers.
An unredeemed package does not count as a return. Read more about this under our terms of purchase.
Instructions:
This instruction applies to all types of returns. It is important that you fill in all the fields in the respective documentation. The return number is valid for 14 days and the return must be received by us within these days.
We will contact you by email as soon as your request has been received and checked.
Upon return, all products MUST be returned in original packaging complete with all accessories. Remember to always send the product with extra packaging so as not to damage the original packaging. Pack the goods well to avoid damage. Attach a copy of the return confirmation in the return and send it to us.
Cookies
A cookie is a text file that is sent from a website, e.g. Demo Web shop, to your computer where it is stored in either memory (session cookies) or as a small text file (text-based cookies). Cookies are used for example to store login information, and your shopping cart when you surf around with us. If your browser is set to not accept cookies, you will not be able to place an order on our site. You can easily change this under settings in your browser. Please note that we do not use cookies to store personal information about you.
